Paying for your treatment
DOES INSURANCE PAY FOR ACUPUNCTURE AND OTHER COACHING SERVICES?
Insurance companies have cut their coverage of acupuncture by 75% in the past 10 years. Some don't cover at all. Plan on paying up front for your care. If you have a very chronic and difficult condition, you should realistically plan on committing at least a few thousand dollars to your health journey over the course of a couple of months. My long-term clients can attest that it is worth it.
STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO KNOW YOUR INSURANCE BENEFITS:
You can call your insurance company and provide them with my NPI (National Provider ID at the bottom of this page). I will be Out of Network for all of them. Ask what your out-of-network benefits are for acupuncture. Ask if you have a separate deductible. Ask if they cover limited ICD10 codes. Ask them if they cover CPT code 97810, and CPT office visit codes 99201, 99202, and 99203
Do you want to try everything I offer?
When you come in for an initial appointment, there will be a thorough intake discussing your health and possible contributing factors involved in your current health condition. We will also discuss the possible treatments that can be implemented. I will usually have you start on one modality and work into the others. Each individual has a different course of treatment based on their unique needs. Healing from very severe and chronic illness takes time and commitment. Walking that journey is the most important.

Initial consult with acupuncture: priced based on the amount of time we need to discuss your case at length,
as well as for me to assess your needs.
Simple (10 minute) $185
Medium (20 minute) $225
Complex (30 minute) $315
Acupuncture: follow up treatment session $130
Average initial acupuncture consult with 8 treatment sessions: $1225
Pregnancy support for the 4 weeks before delivery: $575
30-minute initial herbal consult: $185
15-minute follow up herbal consult: $45
Average pricing for one month of herbal formulas: $200-$300
Initial health coaching and/or nutritional counseling: $185
One hour health coaching, nutritional counseling, lifestyle counseling, and mindset coaching: $225
Average pricing for 4-month systemic cellular cleanse: $1000
When you embark on your healing journey, it may feel overwhelming. You may not know what modality will help you the most. You may not know which to try first. If you want to try them all, ask me about a package deal for you. I offer a one-month or two-month package that includes everything that I consider relevant to your case. This way you get the care you need to see progress and can come to experience the efficacy of the modalities we choose for you.
