When I was in Undergrad, the latest and greatest was the food guide pyramid; with 6-11 servings of grain and less than 1 serving of fat a day. Since then, nutritional understanding has come a long way! (And let's just say that food guide pyramid is now obsolete!) 

I have experience with Chinese Dietary Therapy, given my educational background, but I also have studied nutrition throughout my life and have gleaned a lot of good information. I can help you understand and implement diets from the Autoimmune Protocol, to the mitochondrial diets, to water fasting and intermittent fasting. If you have questions about vegan diets, paleo diets, gluten free diets, organic diets, low-histamine diets, and most of the modern variations of all of these, I have insights for you.
